The houses feature a flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave ,dishwasher , espresso machine, kettle and stove.

We have airconditioning in the bedrooms.

Internet (WIFI) is available.

You have a personalized welcome.

The linen and towels are provided.

Cleaning is provided at each in- and outgoing tenants but on request, and according to current rates, it is possible to benefit from additional household benefits.

End cleaning; Olivade €95, Salonenque €85, Petit Paradis and Valentin €75 and Picholine €65.

We don’t accept pets.

Conditions

(Down)payment

A 30% deposit will be required for reservation, transferred into our bankaccount. The remainder has to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival.

We do not have facilities to pay with debitcards or creditcards.

Seasons

Low: October till April (excluding schoolholidays)
Middle: May, June, September and schoolholidays low season
High: July and August

Special offer for middle season

For a 2 weeks rental in May June and September the 2nd week you have 15% discount.

House cleaning

Not included in the price, compulsary, depending the house, see above.

Safety desosit

500 euros per house.

From 4pm until 7pm

Departure

Before 10 am.

Smoking

All houses are non-smoking.
